Get lasting results with our scientifically designed workouts. Incorporating strength training into your functional fitness routine is imperative. Our Iron Strength Classes develop lean muscle to promote fat loss and calorie burn. Our strength classes combine many different pieces of equipment for all fitness abilities. Our Accelerator Metabolic Functional Fitness Training classes are designed to get the heart pumping and the sweat pouring. We use Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, and EMOM-style classes throughout the week to burn calories and melt fat. We put the fun in functional training. Your first class is always free!
Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for our strength classes. Our strength classes work with progressive overload to stimulate lean muscle growth. Building skeletal muscle helps burn fat.
Join us for our metabolic or cardio training classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Our metabolic classes incorporate many different styles to elevate the heart rate to burn calories.
